REPAIRS - policy and questions

Our policy on repairs is to get them returned to you as soon as possible.

We push BioPack/BioFind systems to the front of the line, and try to get them turned around and shipped the same day they arrive. Why? Because we realize that these owners have a large investment in their equipment, and may be using the system as a source of income.

We replace batteries with NO LABOR CHARGE - and charge the nominal price listed on the internet for the batteries. Why send the unit in for us to install the batteries? Because we have the equipment to calibrate the units and insure they are working properly. We do this service at NO LABOR CHARGE while we have the unit open to install the batteries.

YES, there will be a charge if there is anything wrong with the unit. For example, if the LCD Display is damaged, these are quite expensive and take a about thirty minutes to install, so there will be a charge, both for labor and parts. I hope several of the people who have elected to have us install the batteries will post a comment showing that we do what we say, and we don’t charge unless there is something wrong with the units. Even more important, WE DO the turnaround as stated! Yes, I can show invoices proving this, but a few testimonies would be nice!

Neoprene items usually take a minimum of two days for repair because the glue needs time to set.

Hoof Boots are more difficult to repair and usually take about five days (not counting shipping days.)
