How long does it take to charge the BioPack and BioFind batteries?
We now have two systems. The older systems used SLA (Sealed Lead Acid) Batteries. These batteries take approximately 6 hours for a full charge.

Our policy on repairs is to get them returned to you as soon as possible.
We push BioPack/BioFind systems to the front of the line, and try to get them turned around and shipped the same day they arrive. Why? Because we realize that these owners have a large investment in their equipment, and may be using the system as a source of income. (more…)
